Level99 is a sprawling playground for adults and teens with 50+ life-sized mini-games where you’ll dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. This is not VR or an arcade or escape rooms - it is entirely its own thing. We offer three signature challenge types (or mini-games) that you can play including Challenge Rooms, Duels, and Hunt Art.
At Level99, you are working with your friends to collect all the stars in the venue by beating our Challenge Rooms and Hunt Art to climb our coveted leaderboard, all while mastering new experiences along the way. While you laugh, socialize, drink, eat, and have a blast, you also earn currency that can be redeemed for rewards and unlock achievements and customizations along the way! Plus, you can earn currency for rewards by playing our Player-vs-Player Duels. Level99 saves your progress, just like a video game, so you can pick up where you left off the next time you visit. Our games are designed to be challenging, so don't expect to 3-star them right away! Practice is part of the fun. Most Players only see about a third of the challenges on their first visit and we are always rotating in new content, so you'll definitely want to keep coming back to see it all and to continue climbing the leaderboard.
We have three signature challenge types (or mini-games.)
CHALLENGE ROOMS
A team of 2-6 Players works together to beat a themed physical, mental, or skill challenge, with the ultimate goal to achieve 3 stars. Each challenge lasts 1-4 minutes.
DUELS
Dispersed throughout the gaming arena are Player-vs-Player showdowns that put competition on full display – your friends are the spectacle!
HUNT ART
Explore dozens of unique, locally made art pieces and installations throughout our wild Arena, and hunt for hidden glyphs in each piece to earn stars.
At check-in you’ll be given a wristband (what we call a "Veloband") and this will give you access to all the games. We like to say that you "choose your challenge" because you can play our games in any order you want and as many times as you want! Simply tap your Veloband to the Velogon symbol (our logo) on any entry screen, and once your whole team taps in, press the play button to begin. During busy times you can expect a short, few minute wait to enter a room - this is the perfect time to strategize, customize your emblem, claim achievements, or check out your Player stats on the entry screen. Our 50+ challenges are designed to be played again and again, so don't worry if one stumps you at first! They are designed to be challenging, so you'll love it when your team finally pulls off a three star win. Don't be discouraged if you fail a few times - it is part of the fun! If you need help, you can always find hints using the lightbulb icon on the entry screen to the game. Top Players also get featured on the leaderboards for all to see (and to be humbled by). No way! Well, not in one trip at least. With over 50 games in each venue – no one gets through it all their first time. The fun of Level99 is that just like a video game we save your progress, so the next time you come back you can pick up right where you left off and continue collecting stars to climb the leaderboard. Plus we rotate in new games frequently that unlock new stars to connect (we share updates via social media, email, and our blog!)
Each Challenge Room is designed for teams of 2–6 Players and the game adjusts based on how many people are playing. This makes Level99 the perfect destination for game night, date night, group birthday celebrations, getting your relatives out of the house on Thanksgiving, and much more! Feel free to bring as many people as you'd like! With larger groups, you’ll split into smaller teams and can mix and match Players throughout your visit to try different strategies and play to everyone’s strengths. No need to play with the same people every time!
